So I'm in college now...
And I eat really gross foods and it’s not good for my body so this blog is turning into a food journal for the time being. I will try to start documenting everything that I eat tomorrow, in attempts to fix my horrible diet.

and so ends my two week journey. thank you for all the love and support! the first thing i ate was seventeen pieces of laffy taffy, a big texas cinnamon roll, and a WHOLE WHEAT caesar wrap. i will NOT continue this style of living, but i will try to incorporate it into my life more. i am now WAY more conscious of what i’m putting in my mouth.

gluten free pound cake recipe!
I originally got this recipe from Martha Stewart but modified it A LOT, so I claim it as mine, MINE I say!
1 cup (2 sticks) organic unsalted butter, room temperature

Breakfast was just more trail mix and a Cliff bar. Also, I found AMAZING GUMMIES! They’re Annie’s brand. Some kind of berry flavor. But i’m pretty sure I’ve eaten like, 12 pouches in the last 36 hours. Lunch was some fancy mac and cheese and dinner was a marinated free range pork chop with tomato soup. Good day, yo.

Today was busy! I had a doctor’s appointment so I had an apple and some granola. Lunch I made a nice toasted sandwich and had some of last night’s potatoes and a side of raw bean sprouts. Dinner was a seared steak with potatoes, mushrooms, and onions. Then I had a gluten free chocolate chip cookie!
Dessert was gluten free chocolate chip cookies with a glass of vanilla almond milk. YAY!
Dinner was awesome! Scallops marinated in balsamic, roasted potatoes, peppers with bean sprouts and mushrooms… total win.

Lunch was eh. I always forget that I don’t really like eggs. I have a lot of pictures though, the prep was insane!
Frankly, I was terrified to try the gluten free...
but they were delicious! I guess I just found a good base. They tasted normal! I bought a whole new bag of it today!

Today was super busy!
Uploading pictures of everything now. Breakfast was gluten free pancakes that were DELICIOUS, lunch was a spanish tortilla made out of eggs and potatoes, and dinner was scallops over veggies. :D
At 2:00 in the morning I had a handful of sunflower seeds and some organic tortilla chips with organic salsa. That’s the thing about eating this way, I feel like I’m never full. I was at my project supervisor’s house the other day and all she was saying was how I just need to keep eating because if I lose anymore weight it’d be bad. Hahaha. All I want are some freaking sour...
Oh, and between breakfast and lunch I had two organic peanut butter cups. They were made from evaporated cane juice.
